Situated on 2.5 of acres Iluka Clarence Head Caravan Park enjoys the luxury of providing a range of accommadation options;From camping under the shade of Iluka's World Heritage Rainforest to fully serviced powered sites to on/site caravans or 2 bed s/c units,we have something that fits your needs.If you prefer shade or sun, grass or slab we will find a site for you.Large sites,friendly service & security is what we offer at great rates.
Fishing is Iluka's claim to fame & Clarence Head provides the perfect base with a boat ramp within 100m. Walking distance to the harbour & marina with safe access to some of the best reef fishing the east coast has to offer.For the land based fisho you've got it all from rock hopping, beach fishing,river spinning or just sitting on a jetty catching a feed for dinner.
Clarence Head offers so much more than fishing,within 100m you could begin your walk through the World Heritage Listed Iluka Rainforest be amazed by the flora & fauna on the journey & within 40min arrive at Iluka Bluff Whale watching platform ,maybe snorkel or swim in the 'nursery' lagoon.
Back at camp others are watching the resident Koala's as they go about their business or marvel as a family of coastal Emu's wander by, a pair of mopoke owls have just nested,yes nature provides its own entertainment.
As the sun sets over Iluka bay it may be time to pop across the road watch the sun go down enjoy a cool drink & a fine dinner at the famous Sedgers Reef Hotel.
After a splendid nights sleep listening to the rumble of the surf & the feeling of security found in our small relaxed park you may wander down to the marina [100m] to see the mornings catch as the fisherman return to port or pop up to the Wall at Main beach & check out the surf.Main Beach was rated by Tracks magazine inside the top 30 breaks in Oz.If you are a 4wd enthusiest or just love beach fishing we have 4wd access at Main Beach & Shark Bay.
