This 1920's cottage has been renovated to providea stylish and simple holiday house right on Iluka Bay. With polished timber floors, new paint and a well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and coffee machine, this house combines mod cons with simple life.
The cottage sleeps 6+ people in 2 rooms and a sleepout. 1x Queen, 1x double, and 2 singles and a day bed.
Walk down the front steps to the sandy beach and throw in a line or let the kids play in the shallows. There is room for a boat in the front yard and it's only a short drive to the boat ramp. You'll be able to walk to the shops, the pub and seafood co-op. Best of all, at the end of the day you'll be able to sit in your front yard and watch the sun go down over the Clarence.
