The Mill Restaurant at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort does not serve function food, rather prides itself on every meal with menu’s designed to give the highest quality, freshness, unique, variety; not your run of “The Mill” experience. Being open 7 days, breakfast, lunch (tapas) & dinner (a la carte); there is also the more casual dining option offered in The Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar. Comprising of 38 rooms, 26 known as the Olive Grove decorated in a guest house style; beautiful sleigh beds, situated over looking the dam, olive trees, swimming pool, table and chairs at your back door where you can sit of an afternoon greeted by grazing kangaroos.
The 12 Vineyard View rooms with a contemporary style, undercover parking at your door, a glass wall window allows the picturesque mountain and vineyard scene, arguably the most true “Hunter View” to be treasured. All have a courtyard where you can take advantage of this beautiful country setting. FROM SYDNEY - to Hunter Valley Wine Country via National 1 Highway (or F3 Freeway) (2 hours from Sydney CBD)
From Sydney CBD, cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge heading North and follow signs to Newcastle and North Coast. This will lead you to Pacific Highway.
Follow the Pacific Highway until you reach the National Highway 1 Freeway entrance at Wahroonga. (From Harbour Bridge to National Highway 1 Freeway entrance approx 30 minutes depending on traffic.)
Take the National Highway 1 Freeway north towards Newcastle. Exit the Freeway at the Cessnock / Hunter Valley Vineyards sign. (Approx 1 hour or 100kms on freeway). Follow the signs to the town of Cessnock, then to the Visitors Centre which is located 5km North of Cessnock town, on Allandale Rd.

FROM NEWCASTLE - approach Hexham, and then follow the signs to The New England Highway and Maitland (45 minutes)
When on New England Highway, exit on the Kurri Kurri Signs and drive to Hunter Valley Wine Country via the country towns of Kurri Kurri, Abermain, Neath and Cessnock.
