"I would highly recommend Blackwattle to anyone! The standard of the amenities was excellent, the cottage was light and airy, as well as full of character. The little things such as a selections of CDs and DVDs (all free) all added to the enjoyment of our weekend away.

We particularly loved the fabulous view -you could see up to 20kms away, with mountains, rolling vineyards etc and the sunset was spectacular.

"We would highly recommend Blackwattle to anyone! The quality of the accommodation was excellent- even better than we expected. The view was amazing- looking over your own vineyard and then right over the valley to the mountains in the distance. We seemed to live out on the back deck- even at night, when the valley view was also beautiful with twinkling lights.

The inside of the the cottage was spotlessly clean, and really light and airy. with lots of room. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchen had all new appliances and there were plenty of quality extras for cooking etc.

We hadn't stayed in Lovedale before, but it has now become our favourite area of the wine region - everything is so close and we had a beautiful meal at Major's Lane restaurant. There is even a great deli called Mojo's just a few minutes away.

All of us thought that Blackwattle was a great place to stay and we will be back every year from now on!
