Accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, main with QS bed, 2nd with DB and a double sofa bed in the living area. Electric blankets and doonas on all beds.All linen supplied with extra pillows and blankets.Open plan living/dining area with split system aircond. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and microwave. Coffee machine. Modern bathroom with hair drier. All toiletries supplied.Spacious shower. Separate toilet.Washing machine and clothes drier.TV'sx2,(2nd in main bedroom).Radio,CD and DVD players (a range of CDs & DVDs provided).Carport. Gas barbeque with outdoor setting.A hammock for relaxing in and mountain bikes for when you're feeling energetic.Books, mags.,and games provided.Enjoy interaction with the alpacas and other farm animals.Walk to the top of the hill to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains & Lake Eildon.Sorry, but no guests' pets allowed.

A mecca for skiers in winter with snowboarding and skiing (downhill & crosscountry), then in summer the mountains are transformed into a natural wonderland with magnificent views offering endless activities such as bushwalking, abseiling, horse riding, mountain biking, 4-wheel driving or sight seeing from the chairlifts.Try your luck at fly fishing in the pristine rivers or keep cool at the lake swimming ,boating, fishing, wakeboarding ,skiing or just relax on the foreshore with a picnic lunch.
