A 30 acre property set amongst ancient grass trees and Manna Gums. Listen to the laughter of the kookaburras overhead,the distant neighing of the horses, be lured to the gazebo overlooking the dam by the chorus of frogs and sip your end of day refreshments while you watch the sun go down. You think you are miles from anywhere but you are only minutes to nearby sparkling beaches, premium golf courses and renowned Mornington Peninsula wineries. At Howards Hill you will be able to relax, unwind and "enjoy the serenity".

Locality

Greens Bush, part of the Nepean National Park is practically at the back door, perfect for bush walking, or horse riding. We will accommodate your own horse as trails abound in this area. Or trail rides can be arranged at nearby Ace Hi. Golf courses such as Moonah Links (Australian Open) and the National are just minutes away, as are many of the peninsula's wineries. Beautiful beaches for surfing, fishing and swimming are all within a short drive.

The Barn boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a deep claw foot bath to soak in, an enormous play room warmed by a Coonara in winter and cooled by the gentle sea breezes of summer by opening the barn doors to the paved BBQ area outside. The room is complete with a sound system, foos ball and table tennis, refectory dining, comfy lounge chairs and fun atmosphere. The two adjoining "stables" are bedrooms offering style and comfort with a king bed or two king singles in one and two singles in the other. And that's just downstairs! Upstairs there is another spacious open plan room with living area featuring flat screen TV/DVD/surround sound and also has a double sofa bed. The main bed room area is also upstairs with french doors opening onto the balcony, another favorite spot to sit and soak up the country air or admire the night sky full of stars.

A portacot and high chair are also available.
