A 30 acre property set amongst ancient grass trees and Manna Gums. The Barn boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a deep claw foot bath to soak in, an enormous play room warmed by a Coonara in winter and cooled by the gentle sea breezes of summer by opening the barn doors to the paved BBQ area outside. The room is complete with a sound system, foos ball and table tennis, refectory dining, comfy lounge chairs and fun atmosphere. The two adjoining "stables" are bedrooms offering style and comfort with a king bed or two king singles in one and two singles in the other. And that's just downstairs! Upstairs there is another spacious open plan room with living area featuring flat screen TV/DVD/surround sound and also has a double sofa bed. The main bed room area is also upstairs with french doors opening onto the balcony, another favorite spot to sit and soak up the country air or admire the night sky full of stars.
A portacot and high chair are also available.
