The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home consists of 1 x Queen in the main with walk in robe & ensuite with bath/shower, basin & toilet.
1 x Queen in the 2nd, 2 x Singles in the 3rd & 1 x King Single in the 4th.
There is ducted heating & cooling thoughout the home.
The main bathroom includes seperate bath & Shower, toilet, Laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Fully equiped country kitchen with seperate dining & lounge.
Step outside through the french doors into the huge covered entertainment area with BBQ, continue down the brick pathway through the garden to the rear of the backyard to the Cubby house & Sandpit.

Visit the local Wineries or take a walk along the nearby Wimmera River.
