* Parents, close off the master bedroom area and soak in a bath on the patio deck with no bathroom walls to close you in.
The house has been specifically designed for the tropics and minimises the need for airconditioning. Athough all bedrooms are airconditioned, excellent flow through ventilation and ceiling fans, in combination with a number of factors, negates the need for them in the rest of the house.
The ocean and magical beaches are only a short drive away.
