The spacious lounge offers extensive leather seating and a massive 50 inch plasma television. All windows and doors are screened and ceiling fans and air conditioning guarantee your comfort, whatever the weather.

Visitors are encouraged to take a relaxing stroll through the property’s orchard and help themselves to the limes, lemons, grapefruit, oranges, mandarins and mulberries to name but a few, growing in the grounds. There is even a coffee bean tree awaiting the sharp-eyed explorer. If it’s fresh herbs you are after help yourself from our herb garden or perhaps collect one of the supplied fishing rods or crab pots and head to the bottom of the garden for a spot of fishing.

River House can comfortably accommodate seven plus adults with an additional, fully sprung double sofa bed available if required. All rooms are carpeted and fully furnished.

The main bedroom features a double bed, spacious en suite, walk-in-wardrobe, air conditioning and beautiful northerly views over the grounds and river.

Bedroom two has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV and screened sliding doors opening out onto the pavilion.

Bedroom three has a king single bed and optional pull out mattress bed if required.

Bedroom four has a king single bed with an additional full-height pull out bed underneath, ceiling fan, TV and a connecting door into the main bathroom.

A second set of linen is provided for each bed change, with extra blankets and pillows available upon request. Bath mats, towels, tea towels and cloth napkins are also included. Also provided is an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning equipment.
