Choose from one of three beautifully appointed Queen size rooms all with private ensuites (one with spa bath), TV, VCR & DVD, CD player, towels, luxury toiletries, chocolates.

Accommodation package inclusions: Light afternoon tea on day of arrival, fully cooked or continental breakfast of your choice, complimentary transport to and from any local restaurant/function venue of your choice in the Dandenong's.

Tea and coffee facilities available at all times in the guest dining room, bar facility in our Guest's dining/sitting room with a complimentary beer or a glass of wine.

Available for guests use during their stay is an up to date comprehensive library of Video's, DVD's and CD's.

Why not take the time to visit all the local attractions in the Dandenong Ranges, including wineries, art/craft markets, speciality gift and antique shops. Or wander through our beautiful walking trails and enjoy the wonderful scenery as well as the other tourist attractions such as, William Ricketts Sanctuary, Healesville Sanctuary and Puffing Billy, just to name a few. Indulge yourself with fine food and wine from the wide variety of local restaurants and cafes. All are within a short walking or driving distance of Kalorama.

Holly Gate House has pleasant gardens and an outside solar heated pool for guests use on hot summer days. BBQ facilities are available on request.

An on-site retreat with a sauna and hot tub spa which can be booked whilst staying in comfortable accommodation.

Free on site parking for three cars.

Communal microwave for light meals only. (We are not self catering).
Communal fridge for guests use behind the bar.

Wheelchair access:-
We have limited access for wheelchairs, but if the guest can use a wheelchair for small distances (to and from the car park to the front door), but are fairly mobile once inside the property (either with or without walking sticks) then we can accommodate them in the Orchid room. The shower in this room has sliding doors and the ensuite is large. A shower chair can be arranged prior to arrival if required.
