Stunning newly built 2007, 4 bedroomed modern home with reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, the main bathroom is 3 way to allow for the larger family. The house features 2 living areas.
The dining table seats 8 peope comfortably, and a 2nd table seats 4.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cook top and microwave. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar which can seat a further 4.
The games room features a 8ft pool table with is a hit with the young and old!
Parking for 2 cars is available in a lock up garage attached to the house. There is also a double driveway which can accommodate boats.
The rear garden is fully fenced on all sides making it perfect for children and pets. There is a patio/BBQ area to the rear of the property, including an outdoor table and chairs and over 100sq metres of lawn.
For those travelling with young children a portacot can be supplied upon request. A baby bouncer, play mat and travel high chair are also available.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS ARE PERMITTED BUT MUST REMAIN OUTSIDE THE HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. THE REAR GARDEN IS FULLY FENCED AND SECURE FOR PETS.
LocalityNormanville is located 75kms South of Adelaide and is easily accessible via the Southern Expressway. The journey time would be approximately one hour.
The beach is family and dog friendly and is safe for swimming. The beach has boat access, beachside cafe, car park and public toilets.
Normanville is very popular for fishing, diving, horse riding, bird watching and playing golf.
Normanville is fully equipped with a supermarket, newsagent,bakery, dvd hire, hardware store and a variety of restaurants and takeaway stores
The new Lady Links Bay golf complex and restaurant is a 5 minute drive away. There is also a golf course at Sunset Cove and Yankalilla.
A short drive will take you to Cape Jervis where you can walk the Heysen trail or catch the ferry to Kangaroo Island.
Victor Harbour to look around the quaint shops, watch the whales and penguins and take a trip on the Granite Island Tram or the steam train. PropertyThe house is located within Normanville Rise which is just a short stroll to the heart of Normanville and around 20 minutes walk to the beach.
The area is very quiet and does not have much traffic.
