"Great Location, within walking distance to Salamanca Markets and CBD. Very cosy apartment for two. A home away from home. Graham is a wonderful host and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable.
Weekdays street parking is limited and traffic can be a bit noisey (earplugs are handy if you like a sleep in). Overall great place to stay.

"A retro/funky accommodation venue walking distance to almost every Hobart holiday experience. The personal welcome and spotless condition of the apartment was appreciated. Sunray was warm and inviting even if the weather was wet and cold. Snow on Mt Wellington was a beautiful vista, it was a delicious contrast to our Barossa Valley home. Salamanca markets were as good as ever with plenty of colour and atmosphere. Place that all together with the harbor, the botanical gardens and the wonderful architecture and it was a photographers paradise."

"This apartment is very quaint, it was nice of the owner to supply cereals etc for the following morning. The apartment is very close to everything around Hobart so that was great.
We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the flowers in the garden and you could see them from the windows they looked just beautiful and the fresh flowers where wonderful too."
