A complete refurbishment was undertaken in 2010. The large single bedroom cottage is located in a quite, leafy, historic street located only a few minutes easy walk to the city centre. North Hobart restaurants and cafes or Historic Salamanca waterfront are both 10 minutes easy walk.

One Thirty Melville is a very warm and inviting large single bedroom cottage that is ideally suited for two people. Though it can easily cater for four people in the short term with the double sofa bed in the living room.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed set against two feature lights, oak inbuilt wardrobe, & dresser.
The living is semi open plan, connected to the large kitchen with openings either side of the feature convict brick fire place.
The kitchen is fully equiped with ceramic cooktop, underbench oven, dishwasher, and microwave.The feature is the large glass top dining table with fossil base. The kitchen leads to the luxurious bathroom where there is stone top double vanity, modern free standing bath, and large rolls royce shower system. The private courtyard area and barbeque are to the rear of the kitchen. The perfect place to relax in the peaceful surrounds.

The house is environmentally friendly with natural gas instant hot water and gas flame effects feature heater. Parking is safe and secure with off street parking. There is also a dedicated office nook with computer, printer,and broadband internet connection, Austar cable TV, blue ray DVD, Mini stereo, and large full HD plasma TV.

One Thirty Melville was designed with a focus on lifestyle and location. The three-major attractions of Hobart city are all within an easy 10-minute stroll.
