"Jane Cottage was a cosy, spacious accommodation alternative. With brilliant kitchen facilities, courtyard and separate living area, it really felt like a home away from home. It was about a 10-15 minutes stroll to Hobart city centre, through the popular Elizabeth Street shopping strip. A very easy walk. Alternatively, it is only a 7 dollar taxi ride, or 3 minute bus trip. Your basic needs (bread, milk, coffee, breakfast, general stores, bottle shop, restaurants) are right at your doorstep (literally), just walk 10 metres from your front door and you are on Elizabeth Street, full of cafes, restaurants, and general stores. Fantastic accommodation and location, I will definitely be going back there and telling all my family and friends who visit Hobart. "

"What a wonderful stay we had to finish off our holiday in Tassie.A warm & very welcoming cottage,& owner I may add.Jane has catered for most tastes.Its a home away from home if you want to stay indoors,or for those who want to get out & around its right in the hub of activity with pubs & restuarants catering for just about every taste.About a 15-30 min stroll to the centre of Hobart(depending how many shops you enter on the way thru).The cottage was very clean & comfortable & we were well looked after.Thanks Jane."
