A stately 4 bedroom period style cottage which has been sympathetically renovated and decorated with modern decor. All tradional features such as magnificent stained timber architraves, picture rails and mantels have been preserved as "original features" to this home.There are two huge master bedrooms, with queen size beds, one with ensuite and two additional bedrooms both with beautiful Tasmanian Oak polished floors with twin King single beds in eachas well as a double fully sprung divan in the dining room. All beds are fitted with electric blankets for those cooler nights.

"Hopkins on Charles" can accommodate up to 10 people if required.
The feature of this huge lounge is the magnificent original fireplace,craftsman built mantle piece and bay window. The comfortable suede lounges for seating is a great place to all meet and view the large high definition LCD television & DVD player.
With the convenience of having two bathrooms, there is the choice of bath or shower.
The fully operational kitchen is fitted out with all crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave and full stove, whilst the laundry comes complete with auto washing machine and tumble dryer.
All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a full compliment of amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturiser.
Ducted central heating provides heating and air conditioning for "Hopkins on Charles"providing the exact temperature you require what ever the time of year.
Each bedroom and bathroom also have there own separate heating.
"Hopkins on Charles"is within walking distance to our other property Amy Cottage (caters up to 6 people) should you require a group booking. All this and so close to all amenities.

Property

"Hopkins on Charles" has off road, on site car parking for up to 4 vehicles and has car wash facilities immediately over the road.
Access to the property is from the Charles Street driveway.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, you will be notified by telephone with details for key pickup.
There is a 3 night minimum stay and one nights deposit is required to guarantee your booking.
If cancellation occurs under 14 days deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is outside of this 14 day period a $60 administrative surcharge will be incurred.
