This spacious and extremely comfortable 3 bedroom period art deco cottage, Circa 1940, accommodation up to 6 persons, has been sympathetically renovated and decorated with new modern furnishings. Three generous size bedrooms have beautiful Art Deco lead light windows, original fireplaces and polished Tasmanian Oak floor boards.
The master bedroom comprises of a queen bed, chaise lounge for private relaxation as well as your own LCD television.
The fully renovated bathroom contains a shower over a spa bath, with hair towel dryer and a heat "Tastic" for those cooler mornings when warm is "nice"
The third bedroom has 2 king single beds and all beds come fitted with electric blankets for those cooler nights.
The formal lounge room has a writing desk, modern large high definition LCD television, DVD player and duel leather lounges.
The spaious and well equipped kitchen has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The laundry is fully equipped with auto washer and ducted drier as well as iron and ironing board. Quality commercial linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and a full compliment of amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturiser.
Split system dual heating and air conditioning provide Amy Cottage with the exact temperature you require what ever the time of year.Each bedroom and bathroom also have there own separate heating.
Amy Cottage caters for up to 6 people and is within walking distance to our other property Hopkins on Charles (caters up to 10 people) should you require a group booking. All this and so close to all amenities.

Property

Amy Cottage has off road, on site car parking for up to 3 vehicles and has car wash facilities.
Access to the property is from the Coleman Street driveway via a double sliding security gate.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, you will be notified with an email or follow up telephone call with details for key pickup.
There is a 2 night minimum stay (4/5 nights at peak times) and one nights deposit is required to guarantee your booking.
If cancellation occurs under 14 days deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is outside of this 14 day period a $60 administrative surcharge is applicable.
