132 On Melville is a very warm and inviting 3-bedroom accommodation for 6-7 guests over two levels. The ground level has a large master queen bedroom, main bathroom, co-joining lounge, dining, and kitchen which leads to a private courtyard area and barbeque.
The first floor has the second bedroom with a queen bed, offering spectacular city views. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an extra single bed. This level also has the second modern bathroom.
There is a kitchen with full cooking facilities and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The house is environmentally friendly with natural gas instant hot water and gas flame effects feature heater. Parking is safe and secure with off street parking for two cars. There is also a computer with broadband Internet connection, Austar cable TV, blue ray DVD, Mini stereo, and large full HD LCD TV.
