The Homestead, warm and inviting, has views over the River Murray, on the tranquil north side of the island, and amid a backdrop of forest and aussie bush. An early 1850s grand, mansion style home, gracious yet informal.

Homestead with seven well appointed
bedrooms, four bathrooms, spa, and a
choice of three indoor dining areas.
.The former Ballroom is ideal for
relaxing with plenty of comfortable leather seating and a Big 132cm TV,dvd/video, stereo and library.
.The Jarvis Room (with 68cm TV and
dvd/video) has French doors opening
to the Mediterranean courtyard with
two large timber outdoor settings, shade sail - home
to our outdoor
kitchen with roasting hood and
rotisserie.
.Private lawned area to the
Swimming Pool
.Country kitchen equipped with a LARGE
DISHWASHER, two fridges, two
stainless steel ovens and large cook
top, microwave and a good supply of
glassware, cutlery and crockery for
all occasions.
.We have a fully automatic DeLonghi
cappuccino machine available for a
small hire fee.

.Facilities for Retreats and Conferences.
Karinga Park can accommodate in excess of 35 guests in the Homestead and cottages.
The cottages are distinctly separate from the Homestead.
Share a meal all together in the Jarvis room - dining capacity up to 40, if required.
For those guests celebrating a special occasion we offer catering.
INCLUSIONS:
All linen, bedding and bath towels are provided. Incidentals included are dishwashing supplies, toilet paper, soap.
We clean floors, bathrooms etc - simply leave neat, dishes done, kitchen & bbq cleaned, rubbish/recycle placed in bins provided on site.
Check in from 4pm or earlier. Check out 10.00am. Late check out Sundays

Only a short drive away is the coastal resort town of Victor Harbor, home of Southern Right Whales and fairy penguins.
The History
Once a stately residence to a 1000-acre working dairy, this rambling stone homestead has retained its original 19th century charm. WEDDING ENQUIRIES PLEASE NOTE:
You are required to fully utilise the accommodation facilities for your guests for the wedding night. Outside caterers are not permitted. Karinga Park may be engaged for your catering needs if you are not self-catering. Maximum number of guests is 55. Maximum accommodation available is 15 bedrooms.
