"It was an interesting house and setting.
Quite secluded; definately didnt have to worry about the neighbours which we are use to.
Plenty of room, nice views out towards the Coorong and into the Pine bush at the rear of the property. Well serviced, good to have a dishwasher on holidays!!! Holidays shouldnt be about housework..........
Also went for a walk in the Pine forest out the back, that was fun for all."

"Fantastic. A wonderful relaxing peaceful break. Accommodation was better than we expected or even hoped. Heaps of space in and out of house. Staff made it all really easy to arrange and took the hassles away. Beds are fairly soft (but new) which might be a problem if you are used to firm mattresses. Would definately stay there again. "

"Think Island Lodge is fantastic value. Great for groups (ie a couple of families). Great facilities, even provision for babies(ie cot, baby bath, change mat).Especially appreciate provision of linen.Little touches like aromatherapy handwash in bathrooms are appreciated.

Only problem encountered last visit was difficulty with the fridge. Found the freezer kept icing up, which in turn meant the fridge door wouldn't shut properly so we had to keep chipping away at the ice to try and keep the fridge cool."
