Getting ThereGetting There Driving into Hervey Bay you will find yourself on Boat Harbour Drive. Keeping on this road you will pass 8 sets of traffic lights,(including pedestian lights) at the 9th set of lights turn left (Bideford Street – cheesecake shop diagonally opposite on right). Drive down Bideford Street towards Esplanade (beach) and Campbell Street is the last street between shops on your right. Drive down Campbell street and Kavel Close Apartment is on your right (cream building). Things to DoFraser Island - largest sand island in the world, heritage listed, beautiful lakes, a must see.
Whale Watching (July - October) - whales migrate each year to rest and play in the warm waters of Hervey Bay. So close you can almost touch them.
Lady Elliot - Scenic Flight to Island for day of snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef.
Swimming, Water slide – close by, fishing, water sports, bike riding, walking (great 18Klm walking track along the Esplanade), shopping and cafes and great restaurants. Clubs and pubs. Most of the clubs have a courtesy bus pick up.
