Holiday house

This property is a fully functional home away from home.

It offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

It has a fenced front yard with onsite parking which is ideal for extra guests or of course families with children.

Two rooms offer views of the ocean.

Linen can be provided for $10.00 per person.

The front & back gardens have plenty of room for play if you have children or to simply sit and relax.

Lounge area & kitchen are very spacious.

Split system heating & cooling with fans in bedrooms.

Couldn't ask for a better location, has to be seen to appreciate. Lovely spacious tidy home.

Locality

The boat ramp is located directly across from the property. You can swim or fish on the Drive-on beach. You are in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine producing area with a variety of wineries and restaurants to choose from. Perhaps you may like to just pop over to the Willunga Organic Market on a Saturday morning, or maybe just relax up at the Historic Victory Hotel and enjoy their wonderful fare and panoramic views. Day trips are not too far away.

All bookings that book for 7 nights pay for 6 nights (get 1 night free).

All bookings will be charged a $90.00 Cleaning fee. Linen is charged at $10.00 per person. (this includes sheets, towels, facewashers & tea towels).

Schoolies bookings will be required to pay a refundable bond of $300.00, this will be refunded after inspection.
