From the moment you enter Gum Tree you will find yourself relaxing and unwinding. This peaceful setting overlooking Doctors Gully will ensure your stay will be restful. Enjoy sitting on the sun-drenched verandah having afternoon tea or a glass or two of wine. In the evening snuggle up in front of the Ned Kelly wood fired heater with your favourite book or music. Your stay at Gum Tree will be blissful. Indulge in a little pampering with treatments and beauty therapy at the many spa and massage centres around. Perfect for couples, families or a girls weekend.

2 Bedrooms, one with light filled En-suite Spa. Central Bathroom and Separate Toilet. Spilt System Heating and Cooling. Open plan Lounge and Dining with Wood Fired Heater, TV, DVD, CD Player. Fully equipped Kitchen with Microwave, Fridge, Oven, Toaster, Electric Jug, Cutlery and Crockery, Dual Control Electric Blankets, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, Games, Books, DVD's and CD's. 90 minutes from Melbourne, you will find yourself enjoying the natural beauty Hepburn Springs has to offer. Gum Tree Cottage is easy walking distance to Hepburn’s café’s, restaurants, Hepburn Spa Resort and Peppers Springs Retreat Mineral Spa Resort.
It’s a foodies heaven with local favourites including Red Star Café and Chowder House for the best breakfasts and lunches in town, Cosy Corner Cafe and Jasmine Thai for dinner, plus many more. The Palais has both local and international acts and offers great food. The 18 hole golf club is close by for those who prefer to relax with a round or two.
