Holiday apartment

Located in a stunning, characterful suburb of victorian homes and gardens. This apartment offers leafy glimpses to the city skyline from its 1st storey position at the front of an established building of 4 quiet apartments.

The apartment features polished floor boards, high ceilings and picture rails. The lounge room has quality furnishings with a comfortable lounge (sofa bed), TV, stereo system, north facing balcony, ornamental fireplace and large windows with plenty of natural light. Dining room with table to seat 6, adjoins fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave and plenty of crockery glassware.

Rear balcony provides ideal spot for storage or BBQ. Main bedroom with Queen size bed, quality linen, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers plus remote-control heating air-conditioning. Second bedroom with Queen bed, plus in built wardrobes, huge windows and study desk. Large and bright bathroom with walk-in shower, internal washing machine, hydronic heating.

Off street secure parking with remote control access. (Telephone handset available but line requires connection with Telstra approx $70)

Perfectly positioned just moments from Camberwell train station, Burke Road trams, shops and an endless choice of cafes, patisseries and restaurants. Enjoy a 3 minute walk to the train station, shops, cafes and restaurants. Also moments to Kew, Hawthorn shops and golf courses.
