Holiday house

A beautiful home in a prime location within one of Melbourne's favoured suburbs. Ideal corporate rental for executives on assignment or relocating to Melbourne. Situated on a quiet, leafy street it is just a few minutes walk from Camberwell shopping, transport and all amenities - providing easy access to the CBD and eastern suburbs, including most major businesses, universtities and hospitals.

Full of original features including return verandah, high arched windows, polished boards throughout, high ceilings and decorative open fire places.

It has modern appeal with a large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and island bench with bar stools. The adjacent family room with dining table to seat up to 8 opens onto a paved area in the rear complete with table and chairs. The lounge has large flat screen digital TV, stereo, video, DVD player and Clavinova digital piano.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and ensuite with a shower over the bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobes. Third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk. In addition there is a large home office with a partner's desk and a double sofa bed. The bright main bathroom has a walk in shower and also houses the washing machine.

Ducted heating provides fast warmth in winter and the high ceilings with ceiling rose ventilation keeps the double brick house cool in summer.

Included is FREE wireless cable broadband.

Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars.

The property is only 5 minutes walk to Camberwell train station or the tram just 2 minutes away. It is walking distance to many restaurants and cafes including those in Camberwell, Auburn Village and Hawthorn and also to pockets of green spaces, many with children's play facilities. Cinema 10 mins walk. Richmond shopping and restaurants are a quick drive or tram or train ride away. Wineries 45 mins drive.
