Villas on Hastings has the highest quality of accommodation with modern 3 Bedroom Villas fully reverse cycle air-conditioned throughout with the latest kitchen appliances, and the ability to sleep anyone from a cosy couple to a group of 7.

Facilities include: ensuite spa, 2 bathrooms: 3 toilets: fully equipped kitchen: 2 Televisions: 2 DVD:Lock up garage. Individual comfort is also enhanced with all linen supplied, allergic friendly pillows, duvets, sheets, towels and a few relaxing amenities. We also have wireless internet facilities.

Guests may wish to take advantage of the outdoor courtyard area (fully fenced) with full hot outdoor spa facilities, while enjoying the outdoor barbecue and fresh plant surroundings. NO PETS allowed in this villa.

Our villas are fully Self contained, if you feel like going out in our local area there is everything from fish and chips, Thai take away or dine in restaurant, Italian, to a gourmet restaurant with fine wines, seafood and steaks!

Minimum 2 night stay.
Christmas/New Year - 7 night minimum.
Easter - Minimum 4 night stay.

Locality

Approx. 25mins drive south from Coolangatta Airport.
Take the signs to Tweed Coast from highway . Turn off left at Cabarita sign.
Turn right on to Coast Road at roundabout and continue south to Hastings Point (5klms)
Turn left into Peninsula St after petrol station.
Byron Bay is 25mins south.

Property

Pristine location. Peninsula St is a cul-de-sac. No roads to cross for access to beach or to river inlet.

Bond will be refunded once villa has been checked and cleaned. Bond will cover phone calls, damages, excess cleaning etc...

Hastings Point is quiet and relaxing. Schoolies and unsupervised party groups will not be allowed in our complex. Due to respect for our neighbours and other guests, strict adherence is required to our terms and conditions.

Our property is located within 5 mins walk of the surf beach and river in-let areas. We have a hot outdoor spa in our courtyard. Our street is a cul-de-sac, and access to the beach and river in-let is at the end. No main roads need to be crossed from our property to these facilities.

We are located only 70m walk to the river estuary. An independent supplier of canoes maintains regular hire service. Guests own canoes can be locked in the secure garage or in the lockable courtyard area.

Whales, in season only, can be seen from the beach shore or the Hastings Point Lookout area. The beach is only 5 mins walk and the Lookout is only a 2 min drive.
