This house / convention centre will hold We can seat 20 in a theatre style format, also two other areas of 12 making a total of capacity of 44 seating. Full catering can be provided for meetings and overnight needs. Daily cleaning be arangement. Display area of 9mts plus another 6mts.

Holiday house

This property has it all. 6 king size bedrooms, all with great views. The White room is a large room with 1 king size bed which faces South West, looks over some lawn and the bay to Point Turton and has a handicapped bathroom ensuite.
The Blue room is large, has 1 king size waterbed, a Spa and ensuite and also looks over some lawn and the water facing South West.
The Brown room has 3 king singles in it and can be 1 king or 1 king and 1 king single and looks over to the beach facing South.
The Green room is the same as the Brown room but looks out to native scrub and small sand hills facing North West.
The Red room is large and has 1 king bed looking out to native scrub and the sunrise facing North East.
The Yellow room is the same as the Red room looking out over native scrub and faces North East.
There is a patio out the back on the Eastern side and a very large fly proof Verandah out the front facing the water where there is a 12 seater table and the commercial B-B-Q is located.
Inside, the main room is divided into 3 with the front 1/3 being lounge with 3x3 lounges and a 12 seater dining room table. The kitchen wraps around the next 1/3 of the room with 6mts of bench on the kitchen side and 6mts on the bar, games room / 2nd TV room with yet another lounge and 3/4 size Billiard Table.These 3 areas are also great for meetings / conventions etc.
The property is long and narrow with nearly 2km of beach fronted by rolling sand hills towards the North. Behind those hills is beautiful native scrub / bush for walks, bird viewing, lizards etc. We have planted over 11500 trees and shrubs since 1999 and are continuing with 1200 per year with the whole venture now being environmentally neutral. WE LEAVE NO CARBON FOOT PRINT ON THIS EARTH!

Disabled Facilities

Special access area with hard packed parking and compliant concrete ramp to front door. The whole house has 1040mm width doors with a architectually designed and compliant disabled ensuite without a step and has handrails and a hand shower as well as an overhead shower. Cubical space is 1100mm x 2000mm. without a step. This area has a curtain, not a screen. Lavatory hand rails and compliant cistern and bowl and spacing with the area being about 2000mm square.

Property

This property can also be used for meetings and small conventions with theatre style seating for 20. Two other areas will seat 12 each for seperate meetings. Plenty of outdoor room if you need to erect Marques.
