RATES ARE SET ON A SLIDING SCALE FROM 1 - 7 NIGHTS. THE RANGES ARE:
LOW: $800 - $450
MEDIUM: $$850 - $450 (School holidays and LWE's)
HIGH: $900 - $450 (Christmas holidays and Easter) Note that up to a 7 day minimum may apply for Xmas & New Year.

In all cases, the 8th and subsequent nights are $450 / night.

Property sleeps 14 comfortably, but can take up to 16.
Additional cost over 14 persons is $50/per stay for adult or child requiring own bed.
Deposit 50% of total tariff

When you book a 50% deposit is to be paid.
The balance paid one month prior to check-in date.

A $500 bond will be taken and normally refunded on completion of cleaning, usually the day after completion of tenancy.
Check-out time normally 11am (may be flexible depending on other bookings).
