As the name suggests, this 2 storey house is beachfront (road in front) and has fantastic 180 degree views of the sea.

*3 bedrooms : Upstairs: 1 x Queen (with ensuite bathroom),
Downstairs : trio, 2 x bunks, sleeps 10-11
*Lounge area has double futon bed - BYO all bedding
*Pillows and Quilts supplied. BYO all linen
*Lounge area has stereo system
*2 bathrooms (showertoiletvanity in each)
*Upstairs open plan livingdining, flatscreen TVstereo system and lounge area with RC air conditioning
*Safey gate for stairs available by request
*Downstairs is an idea retreat for kids with lounge area, 2 x futons, DVDTV, RC airconditioning and 2 bunk bedrooms
*High chair available
*Laundry with twin tub washing machine and outside clothes line
*4 burner bbq with hood supplied
*Fold out outdoor setting with 8 chairs
