Holiday house

We offer premium beachfront holiday accommodation, tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fittings, with an uninterrupted view of beautiful Hardwicke Bay.

As soon as you walk in, you will know that you have made the right decision for your beach holiday. You can watch the children swimming in the safe, crystal clear water of Hardwicke Bay, or playing on the beach, as you relax on the front deck.

The kitchen is modern, with plenty of crockery & cutlery, cookware and serving dishes, plus filtered water on tap (sorry, no dishwasher). If you don't feel like cooking, the tavern at Point Turton is a short 15 minute drive away.

There is a clean, modern bathroom with 2 toilets.

The laundry has a front loader washing machine and tumble dryer, with a second fridge.

The family area has an LCD TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, together with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Enjoy a relaxing drink from the front balcony while overlooking Hardwicke Bay and beyond.

The magnificent white sandy beach of Hardwicke Bay is your front yard. Wake up to the sound of the sea, fantastic views and a tranquil setting.

SORRY: STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE, AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

The house is suited to 4 adults and 6 children (not 10 adults).

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO BALUSTRADING ON THE DECK (TO PRESERVE THE VIEW) BUT THIS MAY NOT SUIT ALL FAMILIES.

PEAK SEASON $230 per night:
Christmas/January (minimum 7 nights) and Easter (minimum 4 nights)

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 2012 (minimum 5 nights) AND LONG WEEKENDS 2012 (minimum 3 nights): $190 per night

OFF PEAK 2012 $170 per night - minimum 3 night stay

Please note that a $50 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. A $300 bond is payable, which is promptly returnded within 7 days via EFT on satisfactory inspection of the house.

A deposit of one or 2 night's rent (depending on length of stay) is required to secure booking, with balance (plus $300 bond) to be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
