This single storey home consists of 3 double bedrooms, a modern kitchen, open-plan living dining area and a stylish full bathroom with separate bath.The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and plasma screen with foxtel connected. The other 2 bedrooms currently have single bedding configuration.Versatile bedding options include a double pull-out couch in the living area or single mattress bedding an option in the bedrooms. A contemporary floor plan sees the kitchen opening out to the large dining-living area, complete with large plasma screen (foxtel connected) and surround sound home entertainment system. Sliders open from here to the 10 seater alfresco entertaining area with gas BBQ. The large sandstone paved pool area and lawn is just off this. Another handy modern bathroom with shower is located in the "cabana" along with the laundry.

Cosmpolitan Manly Beach is just a short 5 minute drive over the headland. Here you'll be spoilt for choice in regards to a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and night spots. The CBD is just a ferry ride away across world-famous Sydney harbour from Manly Wharf.

The large pool and great outside living-entertaining area are a real feature of this beach-side property. Keep the kids entertained for hours in the water.....the decision will be whether you stay around the pool at the home or venture down the road to Freshwater Beach. Casual meals are a breeze on the gas BBQ and undercover alfresco dining for 10 means that entertaining is made easy.
