Holiday apartment

Fantastic Location, Fantastic Views. Poinciana 008 is in a central location, walking distance to the resort, the beach and Front Street where you will find all the main Restaurants and shops. A great place to both relax and stay close to the action.

This delightful 2 bedroom apartment is air conditioned through out, has a laundry complete with washing machine, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and micro wave.

The Master Bedroom has a King or 2 King singles with LCD TV (Austar) and Vanity Basin and Mirror, The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a LCD TV (Austar).

This ground floor apartment that has a large open tiled patio area with private BBQ and outdoor Sofa, leading to an open grassed frontage.

Your lounge has T.V with Austar installed, DVD player, comfy lounges that fold out for that extra bed if required.

Upon arrival you will be met by your private valet who will take you back to your apartment, fill you in on how to operate your complimentary golf Buggy, and give you an excellent insight into some of the Islands secrets.

Poincana has its own private pool, and as well , you can use all the Resort Pools and Resort Facilities.
