Holiday house

Nautilus on Hamilton Island is perfectly located overlooking Hamilton Island Marina and a short distance to the bustling Front Street restaurants and shops, as well as beautiful Catseye Beach.
Nautilus is distinct in that it has an amazing pool that is built into the house, allowing you to get both an indoor and outdoor feel. The architecturally designed house is split over three levels, providing privacy for guests while maximising on spectacular views!
The middle level is place to be in this house, as where else can you take a dip in the pool while the rest of group relaxing close by in the lounge, prepare a meal in the kitchen, enjoy the media room - or next to you enjoying the view from the pool with a champagne in hand. This level also houses one of the four bedrooms. The media room provides additional bedding with a double sofa bed.
Take a trip up to the top level and you have the master bedroom, built over the pool, you can look down from your balcony to see the fun happening in the pool - but only if you can take your eyes off the breathtaking view of Hamilton Island Marina and the famed Dent Island Golf Course. The second bedroom is also located on this level and both bedrooms are ensuited and open up onto the decking to sunbathe, take in the views or to take time out and read a book.
The entry level has is magnificent, as you walk around the edge of the pool that is built into the house, you can appreciate the maginificent archeticual design once you take one step inside. This level is also home to fourth bedroom suitably equipped with another private balcony and is ensuited.
Nautlius is designed to for a large families or group travelling together, however it in unique with level of privacy offered. Perfectly located a short stroll from the main amenities on the island, its hard to look past this beautiful house.
The property also provides1 cot, 1 highchair and a stroller. For an additional $95/day we can arrange the use of a second 4-seater electric golf cart.
