This is a pleasant three bedroom holiday cottage located at the peaceful southern end of Halls Gap. There are good views of Sundial peak, the Wonderland range and parts of the Mt William range. It will accommodate up to 7 people. There is carpet throughout. Heating and cooling is provided by reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The bedrooms contain:
1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 cot. High chair. Electric blankets. Doonas with covers and pillows. Clock radios. Hanging racks for clothes in all bedrooms. The bathroom is fully renovated with separate shower, spa bath and overhead heating. There is a new 400 litre hot water system. Separate toilet. The kitchen has hot plates, fan-forced wall oven with warming oven, microwave oven, fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses.

General items include:
TV, CD/stereo, radio, video, gas barbecue, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, pegs, covered outdoor entertainment area with outdoor furniture.

The house is dog-friendly. There is a big back yard that is fully fenced. Leads, dog bowls and pet toys are available. If your dog doesn't come inside, there is a covered area next to house for dogs to sleep in. House-trained dogs most welcome inside. Doggy bags supplied.

We extremely enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderful, we felt at home. The beds were very comfortable, the dryer came in handy. We surely will recommend this house to everyone back home. Thank you for the relaxing and enjoyable weekend away. Alicia, Sam, Tariq, Gaurav.

Locality

The house is very close to the Grampians National Park. It is 4kms south of the Halls Gap shops, with close views of Lake Bellfield, the Wonderland Range and Sundial Peak. Local attractions are bush walks of all grades, native wildlife,fine dining, wineries, historical sites, horse riding, fishing and rock climbing, to name a few.

The large backyard is fully grassed so ideal for dogs to run around. Dogs aren't allow in the National Park but around the cottage there are alot of walks you can take your dog on.
