"Very private & quiet, lovely location, saw kangaroos & an echidna in the yard! Beautiful cottage that had absolutely everything we needed & lots of thoughtful extras such as current magazines, music, dvds, snacks, condiments as well as all the breakfast items. We had a wonderful romantic w/e and it was a 5 min walk to shops for a lovely lunch! I would highly recommend this cottage - it's definitely one of the best ones we've ever stayed in. "

"Our stay at The School House Villa was everything we expected plus more! We had a very relaxing weekend, walking distance to shops & restaurants and the gas log fire was really cozy. The finishing touches like current magazines, movies, lovely soft bath robes and breakfast fit for a king all made the expreience special. It was lovely."

"Ticked everything on my wanted list, right down to the heating left on for our late arrival in the depths of winter. Everything just perfect with unexpected little touches like candles in the bathroom, huge DVD & CD collection. Breakfast/snack attack hamper. Good wine and chocolates. Perfect just perfect."

"A very conveniently placed villa. It was perfect and very comfortable. The villa was clean and deserved the 4.5 stars given to it. We could walk to any restaurant and the shops, although, supplies were really not needed as the snack box was very well stocked. We would definately stay again. "

"Great setting ammong the trees and yet so convenient to town.
Cosy but spacious;all the "mod. cons." with great attention to detail and beautifully cleaned.
The hamper of goodies included unexpected treats and little things like olive oil for meal preparation and fresh milk were really appreciated as were the music C.D.'s,selection of curret magazines,the spa,comfortable bed,etc.
We had a perfect time! "

"The attention to detail was most pleasing - everything was thought of as we hardly had to do a thing except relax and enjoy our surroundings.
The Villa is very handy to many day walks and sites - after a day out there was nothing better than coming back to the Villa and a lovely gas fire, spa and champagne!

"The School House Villa is a charming little cottage set back from the road. It is on the edge of a nature reserve so there are many animals to be observed. Kangaroos, echidnas and many birds were spotted at various times.
The mid week break rates were fantastic and great value for money. Everything was very comfortable. The gas log fire gave a nice romantic touch to it all.
The breakfast hamper and welcoming gifts were lovely and much appreciated.
The cottage is well set up for both midweek and weekend get aways.
Information about local events and places to go was well provided for and much appreciated.
I also appreciated the book that was left to read about the January bushfires. I have since purchased a copy for myself.
I hope we can go back in late February 2007 to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely relaxing time."

"FANTASTIC! We couldn't have asked for anything more. My fiance and I had the greatest break ever. The villa itself had everything we needed and the location was fabulous. When we first arrived we pulled into the driveway and we saw 2 deer on the property as if they were there to greet us. Also during our stay we had so many roos come and go it was amazing at how close they would approach. My only regret was that our 2 children weren't there to see them, so my partner and I have decided we will take another holiday to the villa and this time take them with us. It really was FANTASTIC! Thank you."
