Escape to tranquility in this two bedroom split level luxury villa ideally set up for one or two couples. Blue Ridge Retreat is situated in Halls Gap but surrounded by a natural environment with no immediate neighbours for privacy and seclusion. Snuggle up on the comfy leather lounges in front of the cosy gas log fire, watch TV on our new 42" HD Plasma TV or play one of the many DVDs or CDs provided on our Blu-Ray DVD player in surround sound. Take a long soak by candlelight or moonlight in the huge sunken spa with extra jets to ease those tired muscles. The extra height windows allow the soft moonlight to bathe the spa area or if there is no moon gaze up at the multitude of stars as there's no street lights to dim the view. A CD player with Ipod input is discretely placed near the spa so your favorite music can be listened to as you soak. A selection of "Pure Essense" amenities is provided for each couple on arrival. We also provide candles for that intimate spa and dining experience. Relax and revive the senses as you take in the magnificent views or watch the passing wildlife from the huge elevated deck which features a Weber Q gas BBQ, shade sail and modern outdoor setting. At night tiny LED lights around the deck add a magical feel. We pride ourselves in our cleanliness and attention to detail and our booking calendar is always up to date! Complimentary Sparkling Wine, chocolates and Lifefast Lifestyle Cafe voucher provided.

Locality

Halls Gap is nestled between the mountain ranges of the Grampians National Park with magnificent views in all directions. The Grampians is famous for its spectacular views, waterfalls, wildlife and wildflowers. Numerous outdoor activities are available, including bushwalking, 4WDing, horse riding, golf and a challending adventure golf course, abseiling, canoeing, fishing etc. Guests can dine at a selection of restaurants,bistro's and cafes or visit one of the local wineries. There is a zoo and various craft and antique shops in the area.

Property

Opened in 2007, Blue Ridge Retreat is ideal for one or two couples. The soaring ceilings, extra height windows and large sliding glass doors which open on to the deck create a sense of spaciousness and maximise the views and indoor/outdoor living experience. Everything has been thought of, it features quality contemporary furniture, widescreen LCD digital TV, DVD, Yamaha surround sound system, micro hifi in the bedroom with MP3 input, a large gas log fire, huge oval spa, inverter air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, Gas BBQ with equipment and spray oil, block out and sunscreen blinds (privacy with a view), washing machine, full stainless steel kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, adjustable mood lighting, candles for that intimate dining or spa experience, 6 person outdoor setting and 2 person contemplation seat on deck and in the garden. Tea and coffee making supplies. Complementary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival, along with a Livefast Lifestyle Cafe voucher for you to spend as you wish. PLEASE NOTE: due to our unfenced bushland location close to the National Park, NO PETS PLEASE AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

Standard rate is $225 for two persons per night mid week (Sun-Thurs), $250 for two persons per night weekends (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun,) with min. booking 2 nights. Long weekends/Festivals $275 for two per night (min. booking 3 nights generally) except for Melbourne Cup W/E (min 4 nights). For more than 2 persons, including children, an extra charge of $25 per night per person applies. Easter is a flat rate of $1600 for up to 5 nights for up to 4 persons.
