Enjoy entertaining in the large open plan kitchen, complete with granite bench tops dishwasher overlooking the large entertaining deck and enclosed yard.
Relax in comfort in the sunken lounge room with corner modular suite, TV combined DVD VCR player. The main bedroom has a walk in robe with ensuite and the bedding consists of 1 queen bed. Other facilities include, large internal laundry, large main bathroom and DLUG with internal access. Take the time to relax or entertain in the large enclosed yard, with large timber deck, BBQ outdoor setting. This property is truly an entertainer's delight!
