"Hello Lyn, sorry I have not replied to you sooner. What a fantastic nights stay. You were most hospitable, so welcoming and it felt that we had know each other for years. You made the stay so memorable- our 24th wedding anniversary. Pointing out the sites - and what a weekend of festivities. Clean, quiet and a fantastic breakfast. Thanks again for your open house and sincerity. Many regards Brian & Alison"

Locality
Gungahlin is one of the newer areas of Canberra to the north of the city with easy access from the Federal and Barton Highways. We have two excellent golf courses nearby, Gold Creek and Gungahlin Lakes. We are five minutes drive from Cockington Green miniature English Village, The National Dinosaur Museum, Gold Creek Shopping village and The George Harcourt Inn (recommended for lunch or dinner).

We are ten minutes drive from Dickson which is popular for it's international restaurants.

We have excellent Indian and Vietnamese restaurant nearby as well as the Raiders Club which has recently been refurbished and upgraded to a fine family venue.

Our home is adjacent to a hillside reserve, perfect for walks to enjoy the spectacular views of north Canberra, especially our glorious sunsets.
Property
Our home is eleven years old this year, contemporary in design with views to the mountains to the west of Canberra. We are situated high at the end of a quiet culdesac adjacent to a reserve area. Off street parking is available.

"Dear Lynn,

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. My family really had a great time stay including my princess (Dot Dot, the Cavalier King Charles). Til now, we still can't forget your big breakfast (no oil at all for the great eggs and the beautiful orange juice)

We will definitely stay with you again and Dot Dot would love your company while we go out for romantic dinners.

Thank you and all the best

Charis and family"
