Dennis Sea Paradise is the ideal holiday destination for small or large groups. It is also ideal for romantic getaways, family get-togethers or catching up with friends. Prior inspection can be arranged. Dennis Sea Paradise can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.

Locality

Grantville is on the Bass Coast and is minutes drive to the Gurdies (great wine tasting), Kilcunda Surf Beach (great for evening walks) or a 15 to 20 minute drive to Phillip Island. There is a coastal park behind the property...great for birdwatching....walks on the sandy beach or fishing.

Suitable only for persons with limited mobility but not wheelchair users, Step or lip exists to the entry door, Step or lip exists to the shower, Some stairs, described below.

We have 5 bedrooms, 3 are located downstairs, the kitchen and adjoining dining area is also downstairs and so is the main bathroom which is a comfortable size with bathtub and separate shower. The main toilet is downstairs as well. We also have a bedroom with a small ensuite. After the kitchen dining room there are two steps leading to a huge rumpus room (all open plan) overlooking the sea and decked outdoor area.

From Melbourne you can take a train to Cranbourne and from there a MET bus to Grantville, get off at Deep Creek and from their walk down Deep Creek Road, turn right into Smith St and then left and you are in Stewart St where the house is located at No 66-68.

We have a fenced enclosure at the back of the house for dogs where they can be seen from the living areas which all have glass sliding doors. Dogs however are not permitted indoors. We are right on the foreshore with sandy beach ideal for long walks with your dogs, particularly at low tide.
