Relax in our beautifully decorated cottage, unwind in the large clawfoot bath and sleep easy in air conditioned comfort. The two bedroom cottage is fully self contained with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
Full breakfast provisions included in tariff for overnight stays, generous starter pack for longer stays.

Locality

Located on the outskirts of Grafton, Ivy Cottage enjoys a lovely rural setting only five minutes from shops and restaurants. Grafton, on the mighty Clarence river, is a lovely provincial city with many fine old buildings. Ulmarra, a historic river port, is ten minutes downstream and has antiques, arts & craft. Pristine beaches are half an hour away.

You can watch kangaroos,horses and birdlife from the shaded verandahs.If you are travelling with your horse, we can offer stable accommodation also.

Week nights(Sun-Thurs),$140 per night,$120 each subsequent night.Full breakfast provisions provided for overnight stays,generous starter pack for longer stays.
Tariff is for a couple using one bedroom. If both bedrooms are required, an extra $20 will apply.
$15 each extra person, per night. Minimum two night stay long weekends, July Racing Carnival,Jacaranda Festival,Easter and Christmas.
