Stay in one of four first floor bedrooms, tastefully decorated with local timbers, all with ensuites, 2-person feature baths and separate balconies overlooking the Big River and gorgeous landscaped gardens. One ground floor room is accessible for the disabled, with specially designed ensuite.

Tariff includes fully cooked breakfast. Lunch, dinner or room service can be arranged at your request.

All rooms are equipped with queen bed, electric blankets, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, Clock radio, fridge with hot & cold filtered water dispenser, bathrobes, iron, ironing board, lots of goodies in the amenities baskets and comprehensive folder on local attractions.

For group accommodation the Bunkhouse (3 1/2 star) has fully equipped kitchen, airconditioning, TV room, four bathrooms, and beds, linen & towels for 16 people.

Waterskiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing or fishing can be arranged or you may prefer to bring your own boat.

Shared facilities include boatramp & jetty, barbecues, lounge/TV room, reading room, laundry with w/mach, dryer, clothesline, iron & ironing boards, safe & satellite internet access.

The Big River is perfect for waterskiiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing and towing inflatables.

Travelling west from Grafton 6km on the Gwydir Highway, turn right into Rogans Bridge Road, about 6km along turn right into Seelands Hall Road. Follow this road for 6km and just off the bitumen, veer right into Riverstone Road. We are straight ahead with the black post & rail fence.
If arriving by train, bus or air we can arrange complimentary pick up and drop off.

Mobile phone service is poor in our building, but okay half-way up our driveway. However, local and STD calls are complimentary for guests from the main line.

One ground floor room has a Queen bed and ensuite suitable for the disabled.

The Bunkhouse can sleep up to 16 people, with two double beds, and 12 single beds. The tariff includes full breakfast provisions (including eggs & bacon!), all bed linen & towels. The Bunkhouse has fully equipped kitchen, airconditioning, clothes line and dryer. There are two bathrooms attached and two more bathrooms nearby.
