Peaceful location in a beautiful part of Victoria. Goughs Bay is on Lake Eildon and the lake is full! . All outdoor activities are close by including great fishing and bushwalking. 1 hour drive to ski fields in winter.

Recently renovated throughout the inside, Kaishua House has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area with large dining table, great wood fire and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a huge outdoor deck. The outside of the house is still being landscaped.

Goughs Bay has a general store and take away food at the caravan park. Kaishua House is 15 minutes from Mansfield - a country town with great restaurants and pubs that thrive on tourisism. Mansfield zoo is close by and other attractions include Jamieson and Delatite winery. Less than 1 hour drive to Mt. Buller ski fields, Kaishua House is a cheap alternative to staying on the mountain.

Kaishua House is ideal for a family (or 2) to get away from it all and relax in the country. There are toys, videos and a trampoline to suit young families.
