Holiday house

In peaceful Goolwa you will always find something to see and do, with Murray River views, Pelican and bird life in an abundance, wonderful beaches, and all only one hour and ten minutes from Adelaide.

"Sharpies Place" is a self contained 4 bedroom house where you have the privacy to relax and completely unwind. Located in a secluded area whilst still enjoying the breathtaking views.

Within 10 minutes walking distance: Towncentre, 7 day Shopping Centre, Wharf Area, Golf Course, Restaurants, Cafes and Takeaway Shops. Goolwa has a huge range of activities suitable for the whole family. These include beach and river swimming, surfing, sailing, windsurfing, bird watching, salt & freshwater fishing , 18 hole golf course, wineries, cockletrain rides, bike track (to victor Harbor), Markets (1st & 3rd Sunday's), Galleries, Playgrounds and many more. For those of you that would like a restful holiday imagine sitting on the balcony and watching the sailing boats go by.

Please note due to insurance reasons the hirer must be over 25 years of age. House is not available over schoolies week.

Wow! What a place to relax and enjoy the seaside environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and has extra facilities near by in case you need to stock up.
Highly recommend for a family break.

Great location; Fantastic facilities....a shame that the water levels are low in the river (no jet skiing)...but there was so much more to explore within the area! We had a ball - thanks for letting us stay :-)
