Holiday house

Enjoy a spot of fishing, hire a boat (or bring your own). Undercover parking available for boat. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby (5 minutes driving distance). New bike track off road, perfect for kids and Mums and dads!Completely furnished with crockery,linen optional.Bring your clothes and a fishing rod! .Please note that we prefer a minimum 7 days notice before a booking. If your enquiry is less than 7 days before your proposed stay, please enquire but generally we will be unable to accomodate short notice bookings.

Locality

A comfortable drive - about one hour from Adelaide either way via South Road or the freeway and Strathalbyn.
- Goolwa is a well-kept secret, far from the hustle and bustle. Peaceful yet there is always something to see and do.
- The town is well serviced with seven-day supermarket shopping locally and at Victor Harbor.
- Eat out if you wish. Very good local hotel meals, restaurant and cafe eating and a variety of excellent local bakeries.
- The bike track now extends all the way to Goolwa from Victor Harbor for those who enjoy a "Sunday pedal".
- For those with a four wheel drive vehicle available, the drive to the Murray Mouth is not to be missed.
- At any given time there are always a number of activities to share:
- Swimming or surfing at Goolwa beach
- Sailing, cruising or windsurfing on the waterways
- Pelican or bird watching
- Rod fishing in the reeds or cockling at the beach
- 18 hole golf courses at Goolwa and Victor Harbor
- Country football
