Holiday house

The secure private yard is great for children and the location is perfect for walking or bike riding along the river and down to the beach. An ideal retreat for up to four couples or a great holiday house for the family.

Positioned quietly and securely down the lane and just across from the river front. Dual entry to the property is available offering hassle free parking and room for a boat or trailer.

Many aspects of this home will please, which include;
4 bedrooms, Ensuite and master bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate lounge PLUS an open plan kitchen/dine/lounge area with R/C air conditioning, D/W, M/W, 2 televisions and DVD's / CD / iPod Dock and that all important washing machine.

A Double garage with roller doors (under main roof) can be accessed off Liverpool Road (just turn into the cul-de-sac), PLUS a second entry to the rear of the property can be gained off Clark Street.

Entertaining outside is made easy with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ, paved & lawned areas within the fully enclosed rear yard.

A maximum of 8 can be accommodated.
Bdrm 1 ..Queen, Bdrm 2 & 3 = Double each, Bdrm 4 ..2 Singles.

Holiday clients to supply all bedroom and kitchen linen.
(Blankets or Doonas & pillows are provided)
