Our "Beach Gem" is a lovely well maintained modern place to come and stay and just relax and enjoy what Goolwa has to offer, only an hours drive from Adelaide
Minutes walk to the Dunes then over until your feet hit the sand. At night you can hear the crashing of the waves, across the dunes. Beach Gem sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 queen bed, 2 x bunk beds, 1 queen bed.We have all new furniture and are aiming for relaxing in comfort and style.
Light & spacious open plan living/dining, well appointed kitchen, pura tap, dishwasher and microwave. Unwind in front of the LCD TV, watch movies, listen to music or read a book. Or play some of the board games and puzzles on offer.
R/C air, Gas heating and ceiling fans. 3 Way Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Good size laundry with washing machine.
Great lawned front and rear areas. Backyard is well secured for the kids to run and play.
Outdoor setting seating 10 and a gas bbq.

Locality

Goolwa Beach is a beautiful sandy blue beach, you can surf, swim , fish or go cockling, rare on-beach access for 4-W-D adventurers to the Murray Mouth, Access to the saltwater Coorong boat ramp. Goolwa river is just around the corner for many water sports, Bike riding on the Fluerieu bike trail. Whale watching, Paddle Steamers. Wineries / Wine Tasting, Golfing, Arts and Craft shops and Sunday morning markets.
Goolwa has many lovely Restaurants, cafes & pubs for a counter meal, fish & chips or pizzas, bakeries and 2 golf courses. Even a brewery.
The kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to cook up a storm.
Short drive to Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, you won't be short of activities with all these lovely towns on offer.

Property

Linen provided including fresh doona and pillow covers, bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels.
Please leave the house clean and tidy. We have allowed 2 hours to clean after each stay. If the house is left in a condition where it takes longer than the allocated 2 hours the extra cleaning charge by the hour will come from your bond.
Beach Gem is strictly non smoking.
