Goolwa is the perfect spot for a family holiday, miles of beautiful beach away from the crowds, Coorong National Park, McLaren Vale and Langhorn Creek wine growing districts, the River and Lakes are all just minutes away.

Steeped in history, the hustle and bustle of paddle steamers from yesteryear in this old river port has been replaced with the buzz of holidaymakers. Visit Goolwa's pubs and restaurants or sit back on the balcony and relax with a local beer or wine (or two)

Just one hour from Adelaide, Goolwa will make you feel so relaxed you could be a million miles away

Relax at Bailey's

Bailey's Beach House is a clean, well appointed and homely base that all the family can enjoy. The downstairs has a ceramic tiled floor, a comfy lounge and separate dining area, the property is spacious and uncluttered with no ornaments strategically placed at tail-height! The kitchen is fully equipped with matching cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Upstairs the three bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and quality linen. The large master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the balcony with seating, table and beer fridge. Additional beds are provided by way of a sofa bed down stairs and a beautiful hardwood 'rimu' futon on the large landing upstairs. The slate tiled shower room reminds us of holidays from our childhood.

Outside there are two separate, securely fenced, lawns ideal for kids and dogs to share a game of cricket. There is a fish cleaning station and 4 burner BBQ, with hood, to cook your catch to perfection, whether it came from the ocean or the local butcher.
