This spacious and well presented house situated right opposite the beach, is in the ideal location if rest and relaxation is on the agenda. Sit back on the balcony and just breathe in the fresh sea air, step across the road and enjoy a BBQ in the parkland in front of the beach, or just soak up the rays on the beautiful Golden Beach. You can hire a boat and explore Pumicestone Passage, throw a line over and see if the fish are biting, or take a leisurely stroll up the Esplanade and take in gorgeous views of the coastline. You can't go past the Caloundra CBD for a huge variation of great restaurants and cafes which is only a 2 minute drive up the road. There are also a number of shops and boutiques to browse though on the main street. For great entertainment, why not head to the famous Caloundra RSL, newly renovated and better than ever. With a free courtesy bus, free child minding and free entertainment, what more could you want from a venue! This place has it all, from the cosy accomodation, to the picture perfect location, no need to look any further! The lounge room consists of a 3 seater couch, a 2 seater couch, 2 single couches, a television, DVD player, VCR, a ceiling fan and a heater. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 6 and a ceiling fan. The kitchen contains a microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe, and bedroom 3 has a single bed, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a vanity unit, toilet and shower. The laundry comprises of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board + an extra toilet. There is a sunroom at the front and at the back of the property, a single carport (sorry no access to the lockup garage) and is located just opposite the beach. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the house, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
