This recently renovated 3 bedroom home located in the beautiful Golden Beach, has everything you need for the family getaway. Situated a couple of minutes drive from the local shops, restaurants and entertainment that the Sunshine Coast is famous for. The owners are happy to have your small family dog join you on your holiday with a spacious fully fenced backyard being the perfect place for them to relax. (Please ensure your pet is an outdoor dog). Also just 5 Mins to the Caloundra Power Boat Club! Take the kids to Golden Beach for a spot of fishing, just a short stroll down the road, or get out and about and take advantage of the time you have here to explore the coastline. However you choose to spend your time, you will be guaranteed to come back refreshed and relaxed. The lounge consists of a leather lounge suite, a stereo system, 51cm television, DVD player and ceiling fans. Dining room consists of a dining table to suit 6 and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen consists of a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen bed and tallboy, bedroom 2 consists of a double bed and built in wardrobe, bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms are carpeted but the common areas are tiled. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and washing basket. There is undercover parking to suit 2 vehicles. There is a large backyard with a BBQ and entertainment area. And for those hot summer nights - the house is now airconditioned. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the house, and whilst pillows and blankets will be supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
