When you walk into this lovely 3 Bedroom Pet friendly Holiday house, you are greeted with an atmoshere of peace and comfort while being offered views of the water across the local Bells Creek Park. The added bonus of Security screens enables you to open the doors and windows to allow the flow of ocean breezes to stream through. The bedding configurations offer a main bedroom with a queen size bed, Second bedroom with 2 single beds Third Bedroom has 1 Double bed. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. This Lovely property has a newly renovated kitchen and sleeps approx 6 guests. (Room for a small outdoor pet) With aircon and TV DVD player there is not much else to add to a perfect family holiday on the Sunshine coast. With a corner shop a short stroll away and the Pelican Waters shopping centre 2 minutes drive away, shopping for your groceries and your last minute needs come with ease. The main Street of Caloundra is only Minutes away with a range of shops for all ages. This Property is perfect for a family holiday, with fishing, shopping and swimming with the dogs all in one area. There is absolutely nothing between this house and the calm waters of Bells Creek but a park!!
