We are 8 kms from Gloucester, so close enough to restaurants, shopping and pubs, but also private and secluded. We are pet-friendly. Feed the birds or simply watch them while relaxing on the verandah.

Take a stroll to the lookout over Gloucester or wander down to the river for a swim or paddle in the canoe. For the more adventurous there are 4WD tours, canoeing, skydiving, mountain bike riding and much more...

Dam It Getaway is divine, with the 360 degree views of the rolling hills and mountains. You could spend days just watching the clouds and colours change. The private salt water swimming pool and spa have an incredible outlook across the property. The house is immaculate! Bev and Adrian are helpful and friendly hosts who were flexible and accommodating.If you are looking for a place to get away from it all on your own or with a group, Dam It Getaway has plenty of things to do for everyone.

Locality

There is much to do or as little as you like. Barrington Tops and Gloucester Tops are nearby and we can arrange picnic baskets for day trips.

We have a canoe to paddle around in or we can arrange a canoe tour for you.

If you feel like a massage to unwind,this also can be arranged.

Whatever you desire,we can arrange,just ask! If you want your shopping done before you arrive we can do it...

Property

The property is a working beef cattle farm. We have cattle grazing, a donkey, dog, cats, kangaroos, beautiful birds, lizards, turtles, platypus and the occasional koala.

So come and explore... up to the look-out...down to the river....or just lay by the pool and outdoor heated spa with a glass of wine - or read a good book on the verandah..

We have a CABIN as well!
